Getting to Liuqiu

※Private Paid Shuttlefrom Kaohsiung Train Station or High-Speed-Rail Station to the Donggang Port directly※

Please inform the arriving time in advance to let the drivers check if they can arrange the schedule.

NT$150/per person from Kaohsiung Train Station.

NT$200/per person from High-Speed-Rail Station.

 

※Other information for the public transportation※

From Kaohsiung Train Station

• Take the inter-city bus of Guoguang bus Company, Pingtung Bus Company or Chung Nan Bus Company to Donggan Port, and then take a ferry to Liuqiu.
• *The bus station is in front of the former Kaohsiung Train Station (now Kaohsiung Vision Hall).

Shuttle Bus Between Kaohsiung City and Kenting

• Guoguang Bus Company / Chung Nan Bus Company / Kaohsiung bus Company / Pingtung Bus Company
• * Choose a shuttle bus between Kaohsiung and Hengchun (or Kenting)
• * Route: Kaohsiung  Hiaogang  Linyuan  Donggang, 60 ~ 90 minutes
• *The bus station is in front of the former Kaohsiung Train Station (now Kaohsiung Vision Hall)
• *When arriving at Donggang Station, walk to Donggang Port to take a ferry to Liuqiu. (Roughly a 10-minute walk)

Shuttle Bus Between Pingtung and Donggang

• Pingtung Bus company
• *Choose a shuttle bus between Pingtung and Donggang
• Route: Pingtung » Gongguan » Sinyuan » Wulong » Donggang, 45 ~ 60 minutes)
• *The bus station is beside Pingtung Train Station.
• *When arriving at Donggang Station, walk to Donggang Port to take a ferry to Liuqiu. (Roughly a 10-minute walk)

Travel by Car - Heading South to Donggang

• Take national freeway No.1 southbound to Kaohsiung International Airport. Then, follow provincial highway No. 17 to Donggang Port and take a ferry to Liuqiu.

Travel by Car - Heading north to Donggang

• From Kenting, take provincial highway No.26 northbound to Shuidiliao. Then, follow provincial highway No.17 to Donggang Port and take a ferry to Liuqiu.

From Kaohsiung International Airport or Pingtung Airport

• * From Kaohsiung International Airport, take a bus of Guoguang bus Company , Pingtung Bus Company, Kaohsiung Bus Company or Chung Nan Bus Company to Donggang and then walk to Donggang Port to take a ferry to Liuqiu.
• *From Pingtung Airport, take a bus of Pingtung Bus Company to Donggang, and then walk to Donggang Port to take a ferry to Liuqiu.
